Great location, great breakfast including quite a large selection of GF options. Free coffee and water available all the time in the lobby. Room with a sea view was very spacious and clean. Sakrisøy Gjestegård - Manor House in Sakrisøy - Solbakken anno 1880 is housed in a former manor house dating back to 1880 and is located in the area of Moskenes. Upon my entrance to the Manor, I was greeted with open arms by a Gentleman by the name of Jack. Jack is a Multitasked and Well-Organized Host, with So Much Attention to his Guests, it's Beyond Words 🙌 He listens, cares, and even helped me plan out every single day there. Also I have to praise Ingrid, the Lovely Housekeeper, and of course Marta the Owner, who's Warmth fills the Entire place 😇 By the way, those who stay there, should pay a Visit to Amazing Antique Shop next door, and say Hello to Dagmar. The island with the iconic, ochre yellow cabins in the middle of the Reine fjord, The island have been in the care of the Gylseth family for many generations. It’s the best rorbu town in Lofoten! Breathtaking view on turquoise water, beautiful mountains all around and of course the house - it’s well equipped and large, has 3 rooms, a bathroom and balcony, a fireplace, nice music on the radio which created a cozy and luxurious atmosphere. Just amazing! It’s one of our best travelling experiences!
