Great location! less than a 10-minute walk to the street with restaurants, and about 10–15 minutes to the main bus/train station. Truly a “guest room” experience, as the name suggests. Two kitchens (one large, one small), plus dining tables on each floor for guests to use freely. My room was quiet and the internet was fast and stable both in the room and common areas. Bathroom amenities were nice, and if you run out, you can easily get more from the cupboards on each floor without waiting. Room temperature, size, hangers, desk, and double bed were all comfortable and sufficient. Allowed me to leave my luggage inside before check-in time. Kitchen on top floor was clean and well-equipped. The building and rooms looked new. Visitor parking area is available. A big plus for those traveling by car. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Stavanger!

Very modern and clean. We could use the SUP and a little boat for free and the owner were very helpful and hospitable. Even a small beach is part of the location. We can definitely recommend to stay in this beautiful accommodation.
