Situated along the Strande Fjord, this property is 200 metres from Fagernes town centre. It features free Wi-Fi, as well as accommodation with a fully equipped kitchen and flat-screen satellite TV. We stayed in a very cozy cabin. Check in was easy, but be sure to ask for bed linen if you don't have your own. Super nice location.

This family-run design hotel is 15 minutes’ drive from Beitostølen Ski Resort. It offers a personal touch, hearty food and themed rooms in a traditional, Norwegian timber house. This hotel is superb. The forest setting is calming, the decor is stimulating, the staff are so friendly and helpful, and the meals are delicious. A small, casual, outdoor celebration of Easter was an extra treat for guests.

The cabin is very cozy and has spectacular views, the photos really don't do it justice. The bed was soft and comfy + there were plenty supplies in the kitchen already available, such as utensils, herbs, tea and coffee. The area where the cabin is is very quiet (in the summer). We went on a few hikes in the area and barely saw any people. It was wonderful to have nature all to ourselves.
