Big, spacious room. Large bathroom and a small kitchenette were a total surprise for us, but a pleasant one. Breakfast was really good. And the location is fabulous - the very centre of the old city. Lovely hotel and friendly staff. The rooms were comfy and clean. The sauna in the bathroom was an added bonus. The spa was really good too. Overall I would definitely recommend.

We stayed here as a group of five families, renting five separate apartments. The buildings are fairly new and have a nice feel. However, we found them a bit under-equipped for a comfortable stay, and they could have been cleaner. At check-in there was some confusion with the keys, and we were given keys to wrong apartments. The view from our units was more toward the parking lot than toward Śnieżka. Another downside was that a gardener began work with a leaf blower at 7 a.m., which woke us up. With more attention to cleanliness, better guest coordination, and improved equipment, this could be a much more enjoyable experience.

Offering an aquapark with outdoor pools, indoor pools and saunas, Blue Mountain Resort is located in Szklarska Poręba. The hotel offers a beauty centre. Great location. The property had everything we needed, there is plenty to do for kids as well.
