The bed and breakfast provides garden views, a sun terrace, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. Stayed at Annie’s as a stopover between Bryce Canyon and Capital Reef. Couldn’t have been more perfect. It was just like staying at a friend’s house. Home grown and home made breakfast. He arranged dinner reservations at the only restaurant, and gave us super directions to the park via a very scenic back route. Would absolutely stay there again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. PS Beautiful room with a view!

Well located for a number of state and national parks. My husband used the gym and appreciated the range of equipment. Nice outdoor area which was opened up to the pool on hot days (we enjoyed watching the thunderstorm pass by!). On site Restaurant ok - burgers were very good though. Driving or longish walking distance to town takeaways and restaurants. Overall we had a great experience at the hotel and would definitely recommend it to others.
