The staff was incredible as well, would like to especially point out Mario (the manager), Dan (the bartender), Aedan (the receptionist), and Alfred (the room service expert).

Beautiful hotel located in a very nice area of Greenport surrounded by bars, restaurants and little shops. Our room was super clean and we liked the style very much. Parking was easy! We parked the car just next to the hotel in a street where a ticket was not even required. The staff is super friendly and the breakfast basket was a really nice touch! We enjoyed our stay to the fullest :)

Hither Hills State Park is 5 miles from the hotel. Montauk Downs State Park Golf Course is 10 minutes’ drive away. Liz and her staff are beyond exceptional. Lovely Erica at reception. Voldy at the pool always had a smile- extra towels, sunscreen. Tennis court has pickleball lines too. In pristine condition. Easy sign up sheet. Change over/ room care teams are thorough and efficient. With crisp white cotton sheets. Pillows are soft. Ice machine working well. Grounds beautifully maintained. Lovely new logos and stickers - little touches do matter. Just look at how many guests are repeat customers - that says it all.

Montauk Downs State Park Golf Course is 15 minutes’ drive from the hotel. Hiking and fishing at Camp Hero State Park is 15 km away. We were visiting from the UK and travelling around The Hamptons and beyond for 2 weeks. We booked this on a whim for 2 nights whilst out there and wasn't sure what to expect - but oh my goodness you will not be disappointed! The rooms are spacious and clean, we had a table and 2 chairs outside of our entrance door overlooking the outdoor pool and a fabulous private balcony at the back with comfortable patio furniture/tables and chairs etc. This hotel is situated on the beach so the access is very quick via a private walkway (2 minute walk from our room) and there is a little hut on the way down with a lovely friendly Jamaican gentleman who provides towels and takes you down to the loungers and helps you set up your parasol on the beach etc) There is also water and cups provided at the hut free of charge. We stayed at a different beachfront hotel prior to our arrival here, and wish we had found this one first.
