Situated at the base of the wild Tsitsikamma Mountains, The Fernery overlooks an impressive 30-metre waterfall in the Sanddrift River gorge. The deck area boasts a cocktail bar and free WiFi is available throughout. From the moment you enter the property, you know you're in for a special treat! Upon entering reception, we were warmly greeted and efficiently checked in. After that, we had a personal tour around the property and then were shown our wonderful chalet. The deck is large and has a fabulous view of the canyon forest. The bed is comfortable. The bathing area is AMAZING. The restaurant staff is excellent, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu and the area. The food is great! We already have it in mind for our next visit to the Storms River area!

Garden Route Game Lodge is located near Albertinia, overlooking the Langeberg Mountain Range. It is surrounded by lush vegetation and various animals can often be seen. It features a pool and a restaurant. We have been on multiple safaris throughout 12 years in both Eastern and Western Cape. This one was by far the best value. We have never seen a Cheetah that close. Our ranger Tim was exceptional and the restaurant had the best food. The villa was gorgeous and clean. The swimming pools as well. We will be back!

Check-in/out process was a breeze. The room was comfortable and very nicely decorated; the view from the balcony was also nice. Enjoyed quality of food and personal touch of the breakfast served on the patio.
