I stayed several days and it was a really nice place to relax with a good view of the mountains. Insect grills on the windows- always good ! The tv in the room was a smart one with Youtube etc, which was a bonus.

The guesthouse is just located in the middle of the city, supermarkets, restaurants, banks etc. are just nearby. I especially enjoyed the garden by sitting there with the wonderful views of mountains. One of us needed to visit a doctor during the staying there, even at Saturday evening. The host "Arman" was coming immediately after call and brought us to the hospital and acted as translater for us. Host Arman is really very kind and speaks very good English.

The staff also shared helpful tips and recommendations about tours and sightseeing in Khustup, which added a lot to the overall experience.

Nous avions la SUITE AVEC SAUNA À L’INTERIEUR DE LA CHAMBRE et une baignoire dans le salon avec vue sur la montagne. INCROYABLE !!! En somme, une adresse incontournable pour le voyage en Arménie.

The place was spacious and clean with all amenities. Perfect place for family and friends. We reached the place around 11pm and owner received us with a smiling face even at that time.

Every time I went back to guest house, they offered coffee, tea and dessert to me and my friends even though they are not staying with me. The garden is magnificent. It’s a small paradise on top of the mountain. Location is just 5 mins walking from Tatev monastery and some restaurants. You should stay there!

The host is warm-hearted and helped us find the taxi to Yerevan. As we did not have enough cash to pay the rooms , he just told us to give the money to the driver. Before the trip to Yerevan, we did not have time for lunch. The host gave us some peaches and tea to eat on the way and asked the driver to stop at a great food court for dinner. Thanks for everything you did for us and thanks for trusting us. We highly recommend the guest house to others. A great location to the monastery and the cable car station.
