I liked how clean and tidy it was, a 5-star experience I must say! Great location next to a shopping centre which was quite convenient. The staff were very polite - from security guards, to receptionists, kitchen staff as well as cleaning staff. Initially I was sceptical about the area as I was told high insecurity around there, I did not witness any insecurity, unrest or trouble at all during my short stay.

The rooms were thoroughly clean, spacious, and well-appointed with modern amenities like air conditioning, fridge, safe, and comfortable beds. The attention to detail in housekeeping was impressive, with fresh towels and daily cleaning, ensuring a spotless environment .
What truly stood out was the professionalism of the staff. Everyone, from the front desk to housekeeping, was courteous and efficient. The 24-hour reception was a lifesaver for late-night requests. .
