Genting Hotel is located within Resorts World Birmingham and is next to Birmingham Airport, the NEC Birmingham and Birmingham International Station. Rooms were big, clean and modern. Location was great a five minute drive to the hotel from the airport. I didn't have to leave for 2 days as everything was there. Was like a mini break - international choices of restaurants. The cinema with a nice choice of movies and goodies. The spa was fantastic, as was the treatments, super relaxing. The sky bar and food, staff was also amazing. In all, a lovely surprise of a hotel which made my few days relaxing, enjoyable and I would go back for longer and take in some of the activities and performances across at the NEC. Oh and I also had an AGM in that time, the meeting rooms and catering again, awesome. Big Thank you.

I arrived exhausted after training all day and I was leaving at 3.30am for my flight. He arranged a taxi for me and a ground floor room.

Our family glamping trip was absolutely fantastic! With a big group of 20, we had an amazing time. From booking to checkout, the staff were incredibly friendly and provided 10/10 hospitality with great communication. The site was so safe that the kids could run around and have fun all evening, which was a huge plus. We had multiple pods, but they were conveniently close together, making it easy to move between them. The staff were always available to help with anything we needed, and the parking support was really useful on arrival Even though it was the first weekend the site was open, everything was well-organized and ran smoothly. We’ll definitely be back, and many people have already asked about our trip because it looked so good. This place is going to be busy!

L’hébergement Modern 2 Bed house - HS2, NEC & Birmingham Airport se situe à Marston Green, à respectivement 5,6 km et 12 km de ces lieux d’intérêt : Musée national de la moto et Star City. Our host was excellent in terms of communication (including helping with a local restaurant recommendation) and everything went to plan. The house was spotlessly clean and very well equipped - we couldn't have asked for more. It's a very nice, quiet neighbourhood and supermarkets are about 15 minutes away. We would highly recommend and look to stay again if we find ourselves in the area again.
