The ocean view was a million dollar view! Staff was the nicest staff ever. It was my son’s birthday and the manager, Ronald, bought him a gift with all the Hong Kong specialties like milk tea, a toy tram, and some famous Kee Wah cookies. Then the next day, he and a staff, brought a beautiful cake so we can celebrate. Amazing!

Featuring 4-star accommodation, iclub AMTD Sheung Wan Hotel is situated in Hong Kong, less than 1 km from Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal and a 18-minute walk from Central Star Ferry Pier. I absolutely loved this hotel. The room was very large, all facilities were there. Nice view from my room, comfortable bed and good shower. Check in, even at 4AM, was a breeze. I love the basic breakfast, just as sandwich with coffee; more you don’t need. There is a gym but didn’t use it. Elevator is fast.

The Motto by Hilton Hong Kong SoHo is located in the heart of Sheung Wan, just a two-minute walk from the Sheung Wan MTR Station Exit A2 and a ten-minute walk from the Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal. The location is great. The hotel seems very new. I`ve stayed at a couple other hotels and serviced apartments nearby, they all cost a similar amount, but I prefer this one.

Nice staff and breakfast was included. The updated superior room had good features with lighting and charging ports. The bathroom was very nice but only with a shower stall, no bathtub. This was very nice, though. The location was good. The MTR and tram were just several blocks away with plenty of eateries nearby.

What's not to love? A vibrant city and warm, friendly people. Great delicious food. Very walkable. Easy-to-use trains. The sunsets from the harbour were beautiful. I stayed at the Peninsula on Salisbury Road and had lovely walks at the Kowloon Park nearby - a nice find in the city! I also discovered authentic Chaosan / Teochew food at Mary Building on Peking Road. Tucked away in a nondescript building but true comfort food with great service.
Hong Kong has quite a bit of green space and excellent walking trails combined with all the facilities for a comfortable stay that a large city can offer. There is a certain character to Hong Kong in not being too developed like other cities in China.
Hong Kong is viberant, clean & safe To give you an idea how safe I wore my Rolex on show nearly everyday. A abundance of food options. You can go from the buzz of the city to an almost empty Island with the nicest beach in as little as 30 minutes on a ferry or same in a taxi if you want to stop on hong kong island.
excellent public transportation system but too crowded and there’s a culture of people being inconsiderate of tourists and customer service experiences in various places is unpleasant, however, the place has great tourist attraction and food is great anywhere you get it, free wifi is always available in public places like malls and train stations
My first trip was last year and I was attracted to HK so much. Thus, I planned my visit again this year, the same month, Oct. I just love to walk around to all the major attractions and had great shopping and the food was excellent.
