Run by a tea planter couple. Property is beautiful - lots of plants and flowers! Ample parking space.
Very close to th airport - about 10mins away.
Nice, clean and cozy rooms. Linen was clean.
very hot water in the bathrooms which was welcome for the cold weather!
Staff was very courteous and prompt. The manager Subroto was very polite and helpful.
Food was very tasty.
Hosts were lovely to converse with. Even gave us a small return gift on our way out!
Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to other travellers.

Staying with Homestay by the Tea Garden was a wonderful experience , location superb , staff extremely professional and helpful. I would like to appreciate the chef , food cooked was liked by all of us . Every Rooms had different theme and was very well maintained . Overall amazing experience , will recommend to experience stay at this property definately.

One of the best things about Sunshine Residency is its location. It’s close to major areas in Dibrugarh but still tucked away from traffic noise. You can easily reach shopping centers, hospitals, and eateries.What stood out the most was the hospitality. The staff is courteous and always ready to help. Room service was quick, and all my requests were handled professionally. A great example of good management.

We thought the well maintained rooms were spacious and clean with a big common terrace area available to all the rooms on our floor. Good WiFi, hot water, free drinking water and free breakfast.
The owner was very helpful with travel advice and kindly drove us to the bus stop on departure.
