This is a new property, still undergoing construction.So the rooms are clean , tough there is lots of dust.
The Hotel manager, the service person and the Owner are very kind and helpful.
The Property is in a very calm locality and you get E-Rikshaw at the door step.
I stayed during the Mahakumbh mela and I had to walk only 300 metres to reach the hotel as the taxi from the airport, dropped me on the road due to road block.

The owner is exceptional in customer service. He took care of every needs of us like arranging station pick up, heaters, tea, local sight seeing tips and many others. He is very open to feedback and one of the nicest persons, I have spoken to. It has 4 rooms, 4 bathrooms( 3 attached ), huge hall, dining hall and a kitchen.
The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean.
It's very ideal for group of people. There is a full time care taker and CCTV for security. It is in a residential locality and is safe. You can park a bus inside. Ample parking space for at least 5 cars inside the compound.

We did not stay there. That was very bad location.. There was no facility and there was no beds, no fan was available, no attached toilet, roos were very small and dirty..
