The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist with a smile, whether arranging transportation, providing local recommendations, or attending to any special requests I had. The accommodations were nothing short of luxurious. My room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and impeccably clean. The attention to detail was outstanding, from the plush bedding to the stunning views from the balcony. The amenities in the room were top-notch, and I appreciated the little touches like complimentary bottled water and a well-stocked minibar. One of the highlights of my stay was the dining experience. The hotel's restaurants served delectable cuisine; the presentation was a work of art. Whether I was indulging in a sumptuous breakfast buffet or savoring a gourmet dinner, the food was consistently outstanding. Our room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a lovely view of the [view]. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially [Ms.Mariam] at the front desk. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options. The pool area was also a highlight. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Erbil.
