Facilities were organized nicely. There is a flow to the layout of the place which you will appreciate. Pod was cozy. Showers were comfortable. Soap and shampoo smelled very nice. A unique experience.

Juste un hotel incroyable !! Je n’ai pas pris énormément d’hôtels au Japon mais celui-ci était juste incroyable! Je ne peux que le recommander et je n’ai rien de mal à dire sur l’endroit! Le personnel est joyeux et bienveillant, transport gratuit vers Narita Airport ainsi que Narita vers l’hotel. Un Lawson dans l’hôtel ouvert 24/7, nombreux restaurants, souvenir shop, etc! Juste épatant

Staff at checkin in were super helpful and explained everything really well. Loved that you get some free frozen meals (were really nice!) which was a lovely bonus. The hotel had everything you could need which was handy. Overall was a great stay if you’re looking for a place near the airport.
