The location is very convenient, with the airport, supermarket, bakery, and boat excursions, all within a 10 minutes walk. The location is very quiet. Vera is very friendly and helpful. Our 2 night stay at apartmento da Matilda was the highlight of our week on Flores!

The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I was initially unaware that I booked a place with a shared kitchen and bathrooms, but since it was only shared among four rooms, it wasn't an issue. In fact, it was nice to chat with the other travelers. The common areas were impeccably cleaned daily and were absolutely beautiful. I loved the complimentary coffee pods, which made my mornings delightful. Additionally, having access to a washing machine was a fantastic convenience.

Beautiful house with high ceilings and a stylish mix of concrete and wood. Very peaceful neighborhood, quiet and relaxing. The host was absolutely lovely and made the stay even better. Face à la mer et aux levers de soleil, proche du centre, parking à 20m... L'appartement est bien décoré et tout est parfaitement organisé. Un vrai plaisir !

It is close to the airport. 15-ish minutes on foot. There is also a convenient parking lot next to the police station nearby. It is an ideal spot when you have a car and are planning to make trekking trips around the island. The town is fairly small, so there is no problem in finding it. Owner also sent me the photo of the alley and how to get in so it was no problem at all. I´ve never met the owner but he was really respectful and straightforward in his online communication, which I appreciate. The apartment had all the appliances, washing machine, stove, microwave. Bathroom had a bidet. Although when washing clothes, you have to hang the laundry outside the old way. (good luck with the weather!) What came as a really nice surprise was a heated massage chair and a tv with good internet connection. There is also a small pier right next to the apartment so you can just go look at the night sea before sleep. It is very serene and quiet during off season. And it is all just behind the kitchen window!
