Situated next to a castle building with a spacious garden, Wapnö Gårdshotell is just 15 minutes’ drive from Halmstad. It provides en-suite guest rooms and free WiFi. It's a farm so it smells, deal with it. Decent view from castle terrace. Evening dinner was god but lacked any options such as vegetarian.

Loved our stay at the Elite Hotel in Halmstad — amazing vibe, beautiful interiors, and outstanding breakfast. Great mix of cafés, restaurants, co-working areas, and a well-equipped gym. Staff truly care, which makes all the difference. Stayed in both standard and superior rooms — both gorgeous, but the upgrade is worth it. We enjoyed it so much we booked an extra night. Can’t wait to return!

Conveniently located in Halmstad’s city centre and set on the Nissan River, the Scandic Hallandia is just 3 km from the Halmstad Airport. The location was perfect with a lot of restaurants close by.
