From the moment we stepped inside after a long, cold journey, it felt truly magical. The building looked historic and charming from the outside, and inside, it was like entering a fairy tale. The lights were warmly lit, and the owner kindly opened the door remotely for us late at night, making us feel so welcomed. The room design was absolutely stunning — the decor, the bed, the crisp sheets — everything was perfect and so thoughtfully put together. My mom immediately said, “This was worth it,” and I couldn’t agree more.

The place is very nice, with an exceptional host that looked after us from the beginning. Lovely house in the countryside, good bed, excellent breakfast, wifi functioning perfect. I travel a lot and this place is lovely, I think Marieken needs to increase the price for the room, the relation price to service was just too good (I don´t think I have ever said that before!)

The harbour and surroundings are very scenic.
The harbour and surroundings are very scenic. The town is quite quiet and there a lots of restaurants & cafes to eat at. The area is undergoing a huge investment with waterside appartments. Many of the old fishing related properties are being repurposed. Good local shopping opportunities. If you are a sailor and like the water there is plenty to occupy you.
