We had our flight cancelled to return home at midnight and had to book our own accommodation as the airline could not help. We arrived at the hotel worrying about what to do and worrying about funds for the rest of the time whilst stuck in Chicago. Veronica on the desk took all of that worry away, ensuring we felt welcomed, calm and looked after. She was amazing from the minute we checked in. We were forced to book a second night due to our flight allocation and she ensured we would not have to move rooms and made what should have been stressful, stress free. We could not thank her enough.

Very comfortable. The girl at the front desk when I got there was so nice. I came in very late because the hotel I was in lost it’s power so everyone had to leave. I called Four Points up probably close to midnight and they were very accommodating. The breakfast was also very good.

Located near Rivers Casino and the Fashion Outlets of Chicago. Its spacious rooms feature free WiFi and cable TV. とにかくシカゴ空港から近くて安いホテル。あの近さであの部屋の広さであの値段は早くの安さだと思います。部屋にはソファーもあったし、電子レンジもあったし、十分な設備でした。ロビーのところにコーヒーやお湯の利用も可能で、非常に便利でもありました。チェックインのときに携帯電話を置き忘れてしまったのですが、ちゃんとキープしてくれていて助かりました。
