I recently had the pleasure of spending a few days at this amazing hotel with my family, and it truly felt like a second home from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful right from the start, making our experience smooth and enjoyable. We were delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which enhanced the comfort of our stay significantly. The rooms were spacious and beautifully maintained, offering the perfect setting for our family getaway. One of the highlights was definitely the hotel restaurant. Krassy, the Restaurant Manager, took exceptional care of us from the beginning, ensuring that we had everything we needed. The food was absolutely amazing—fresh, tasty, and aesthetically served, making each meal a true delight. The attentive waitresses, always smiling and eager to assist, added an extra touch of warmth to the dining experience. The live cooking station was a unique feature that we thoroughly enjoyed. Kamran, who prepared our morning pancakes, was not only a skilled chef but also a wonderfully positive person, brightening our mornings with his delightful energy. Overall, our stay was fantastic and memorable thanks to the wonderful hospitality of the entire team. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, exceptional service, and delicious cuisine.

We had a wonderful time — the hotel exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. When the main parking was full, they immediately offered us a nearby spot and even gave us a ride back — such a thoughtful touch. Our room was clean, freshly renovated, and had an amazing sea view. Waking up to that view every morning was just unforgettable! The food was another big highlight — everything was tasty, fresh, and varied. We especially loved the desserts, fruits, and ice cream — absolutely great! The hotel grounds are spacious, green, and beautifully maintained. You can really see the care that goes into keeping everything in perfect shape. The pools were always clean, there were enough sunbeds, and the bars had fast, friendly service. Evenings were fun too — there was a different entertainment program every night, and we really enjoyed all of it. We were never bored. The only small downside was the limited number of sunbeds on the beach. But we always managed to find one, so it wasn’t a real issue. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely love to come back. Highly recommended!

The staff were friendly and attentive, and the location right on Sunny Beach with free beach access was perfect for a relaxing getaway.

The hotel had plenty of amenities and lots of activities for the children to join in with. The restaurant was well stocked with plenty of variety in the menu. Every single member of staff said 'hello' as we passed them. The cleaner for our room was incredible, she kept the room very clean and tidy.
