All the staff were very friendly in the whole hotel. Especially the lady in the spa. She was there early in the morning and still had the same smile by the afternoon. She was very helpful and pleasant so an extra big thank you to her. The rooms were lovely and clean. The hotel was spotless clean,. A nice touch was the room had the heating on upon arrival as it is cold at the moment, so that proves great customer service to me, that they have thought ahead that you arrive to a nice warm room. (Thanks) The grounds were very clean and tidy, the location of this hotel is fantastic. I would highly recommend.

Great service, superb location and always friendly staff. Also the view from the room was spectacular we were right above the lake and 5 min walking distance from beach Muro (which is sensational).

Located on the northern coastline of Majorca, Innside by Meliá Alcudia is only 150 metres from Alcudia beach, a long and sandy beach. It is set in a beautiful, untouched part of the island.

The rooms are quite, we could not hear the neighbours. The staff is incredibly welcoming. Food is wonderful, so many selection.

Situated next to the Albufera Natural Park in the Bay of Alcudia, Rei Del Mediterrani features a large outdoor pool. The bright rooms come with a balcony and air conditioning.

The fact that there were no kids and you can just relax everywhere you go in this hotel. I loved how clean it felt. The staff was really friendly and kind.

Nice, clean rooms with great view to the sea. Really vlose to the beach (~5 minutes walk). No designated parking area, but plenty of space on the surrounding streets with free parking if you arrive by car. The wellness facilities were perfect for the rainy days. The food was great, with a lot of variety. The staff was really friendly as well.
