Our recent stay at the InterContinental Crete was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a stunning sea view room, which set the tone for a truly memorable getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and genuinely eager to assist with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality made us feel welcome and well cared for throughout our stay. The hotel itself is modern, luxurious, and recently built, with elegant design touches that create a serene and upscale atmosphere. Everything from the lobby to the rooms exudes comfort and sophistication. We were especially impressed by the abundant and delicious breakfast, offering a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options each morning. It was the perfect way to start the day. One of the highlights of our stay was relaxing on the sunbeds by the infinity pools on the 5th and 9th floors. The pools offer breathtaking views over the Aegean Sea and a calm, peaceful ambiance that's ideal for unwinding. To top it all off, the hotel kindly accommodated our request for a late checkout, allowing us to enjoy just a bit more time in this beautiful setting. It was a really calm and wonderful experience from all aspects, starting with the hotel. I booked a suite with a private pool facing the sea. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. All the hotel staff, without exception, were amazing and friendly, making you feel like you're dealing with family members rather than employees just doing their job. Honestly, I’ll definitely repeat the experience.

Everything about this resort is fantastic, you always greeted with a smile from the people at the reception to the bell boys to the clining stuff , at the breakfast they just want to serve you , just lovely people. The breakfast was great. The beach was wonderful and the five pools just beautiful. We where apgrated to a room with a pool wich was a great treet . The room was always clean and the whole resort clean and well kept . I read a lot of bad reviews about the resort and non of them was like was writing. Thank you very much to everyone at the resort we will be back .

My vacation at the hotel was incredible. The staff was most welcoming and helpful, the pools were clean, comfortable, and relaxing, and the food was great for breakfast and dinner. We got a free upgrade for the room and we had a wonderful time in our private Jacuzzi. Overall we had a lovely experience and a great vacation at the hotel.

This is a amazing hotel, you can have a great vacation in the hotel. Beautiful scenery and private beach, comfortable bed and pillows. High quality food. The hotel generously gave us two times dinner for free as a gift! Diversity swimming pool, both adult and kids can have a fun! Absolutely great hotel, I will recommend it to my friends.
