The facilities, the services and above all, the personnel, made our stay one of the most amazing experiences when it comes to summer vacation! We travelled for the first time with our baby which was 8 months old, and they made everything so easy for us, being always there to help us, to find solutions for us, and always with a huge smile on everyone’s face! Totally recommend it!

Excellent hotel both for its facilities and staff. Amazing breakfast with great variety of choises for all tastes - complementary fresh orange juice and all types of coffees. Professionalism and hospitality of the staff were beyond all expectations. The room was really spacious with all necessary needed. Overall an unforgatable experience. Such a lovely place, we really enjoyed it and friendly staff. Very nice rooms clean and so quiet. The rooms are modern furnished and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast was also extremely delicious with a lot to choose from. Every day there are shuttles to Chania city center for free. It takes about 30 minutes. The buss leaves from the hotel at 17 and returns at 22.30. A lot of space on the hotel so you don’t fell it is a crowded place at all even if we were there in high season. There are 4 different pools and good options to swim in the sea. I can really recommend this place to everyone.

The hotel had loads of attractions and activities for children of all ages. Staff was very friendly. Harry was always very helpful and Angelica from the pool bar was extremely nice what made our stay even better.
