We actually got an upgrade on the room we initially booked. The staff is very friendly, smiling and helpful. The hotel is located right on the beach front and the views of the sea are beautiful. We booked halfboard meals (breakfast&dinner). They were delicious, fresh and quite diverse. We highly recommend it.
