Mr Islam was very nice and welcoming. The facilities were great. Alot of pools and rides for children. The restaurant options were plentiful and catered to kids.

The personnel were extremely helpful, everyone was really nice and always happy to help. All the servers and chefs are extremely thoughtful and anything you need will be provided from specific food preferences to anything room related. Mr Amgad was most helpful and the servers from the main restaurant were always really nice and provided everything we needed.

With free Wi Fi only in public area, this 4-star hotel has a garden and a terrace. property is very well maintained & clean, wide range of facilities, fabulous entertainment team which is very useful for kids.. beach is sandy, very clean, activities every day with the entertainment team, it’s lovely! what was really remarkable about this hotel is the staff members, they’re smiling ALL the time! VERY customer centric, they truly go above & beyond to help and to make sure we’re enjoying our time.. Engy from the guest relations team was a delight, always helpful, going extra miles for our comfort, Amr & Yahia from the beach bar are also amazing, highly recommending a massage at their spa with Fayza! perfect choice honestly and excellent selection and hiring decision for each member of the team

The cleanliness of the entire hotel was spotless – rooms were cleaned daily, towels fresh, and even the smallest details were perfectly maintained. The restaurant staff were exceptional – always attentive, polite, and professional. The food was delicious and varied, with something new to try each day, and everything was freshly prepared and well presented. Whether it was the reception, bar, pool area, or cleaning team, every single staff member we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay perfect. We’ve stayed in many hotels before, but the service and hospitality here were on another level. The staff is amazing specially the front desk people. Moustafa upgraded us to a sea view room that was really nice. The hotel is super clean, food was nice with a big variety. I was celebrating my father’s birthday and the guest relations arranged for us a complimentary cake. Also checkout was fast and easy, Michael was very helpful. The beach and infinity pool are breathtaking. I liked the adults only areas where it was quitter and more relaxing.
