This adults-only hotel is located next to Santa Susanna Beach. ALEGRIA Mar Mediterrania is a 40-minute drive from Girona and its airport, and offers modern, air-conditioned rooms with a terrace. Everything was perfect. 6th floor and beautiful view on the beach. Staff was extremely professional and kind. The price of stay and prices for breakfast, and dinner were great and affordable. The food was excellent. Can’t wait to back and book again. Love it

The food, the service, facilities were beyond our expectations. This is the first beach hotel on my list which truly deserve 10!

Part of the Lunas Hotels complex, Luna Club is in a quiet area just 250 metres from the beach. The resort has 3 swimming pools and 2 terrace bars. Beautiful hotel, and the staff were absolutely lovely. My husband hurt his foot in the room and the staff in the bar were SO helpful! Thank you to JESUS, POL and ALEX in the bar for that and everything else incl. their excellent service every day. And thank you to ESTRELLA in the reception, she gave TOP service - and had impressive language skills. They were all SO nice and professional, they made us feel right at home. We cannot wait to come back there.

Hotel Amaraigua – All Inclusive – Adults Only is situated on the beach at Malgrat de Mar, in a tranquil area only 400 metres from the centre and the train station. We were a smaller group of 5 people who chose this hotel by chance. The food was good, there was something for everyone each meal. We loved the fact that the hotel placement was right at the beach which made it easier for my mom. The rooms were wonderful and had the view of the sea. It was so nice in the morning to sit on the balcony, sip coffee and enjoy the view. What was even more exceptional is that the staff were friendly and i have to mention Monika who took care of us as we were part of the family. Monika really made us feel welcomed and helped out with our requests. Additionally, she always checked in with us to ensure that we are ok and to ask whether we needed anything. The best service ever in my opinion! Just to highlight that rest of the staff were also very helpful and friendly!

Enjoy sun, sea and sand in Malgrat de Mar. You can soak up the Spanish sun by the pool, head to the nearby beach and then relax with a game of pool after a buffet meal. We're regulars at the Cartago Nova, we stayed here several times during the years (our first stay was back in 1993!!!).

ALEGRIA Maripins is on Malgrat de Mar Beach, on the Maresme Coast, 65 km north of Barcelona. Located 400 metres from the town centre, it features an outdoor pool. Amazing hotel and location (with the beach literally a few steps away), with awesome kind staff. Even though there were a lot of people, it didn't feel cramped at all, it was super comfortable. Food was delicious, with a lot to choose from. There is a lot to do too, every night there is some kind of entertainment at the bar/pool area, which also serves as a perfectly pleasant hang-out area.
