What an amazing resort to stay with a family. We were so happy we chose this hotel. The staff is so friendly and helpful, we’ve never experienced such attitude before. The hotel is very clean, we had cleaning two times a day! Entertainment for kids all day long - amazing! Food is delicious, every day it was something different to taste for everyone. We highly recommend this place, like literally the best resort we ever been to.

We stayed at this stunning adults hotel in Crete, and choosing the all-inclusive package was the best decision we made – just remember to leave tips for the waiters and bar staff, they truly deserve it! The hotel is beautifully designed, with a dreamlike atmosphere. Around the pool, you’ll find both double sunbeds and regular ones, with plenty of spots in the sun as well as shaded areas – perfect for everyone’s needs. There’s also a main swimming pool, a shallow wading pool for pure relaxation, and a private beach where drinks are delivered straight to your lounger with just a quick tap on the app. The rooms are cleaned daily, and the entire staff was beyond amazing – from the friendly team who did everything to make our stay comfortable, to the manager who personally checked in on us. The cocktails from the bar were outstanding, and the food selection and quality at the dinner restaurant were truly impressive. We were on our honeymoon, and the level of pampering we received was simply beyond words. Highly recommended – and we will definitely return!

The room was comfortable and the breakfasts and lunch buffets were wonderful. The property was very clean and had a lovely feel to it. The pool was excellent. It was a good location for us attending a wedding down the road.

A variety of lovely clean pools. Rooms were spacious and clean with two separate sofa beds for our two children. Big variety of food available at each meal and from the daytime snack bar.

Le Kiani Beach Resort est idéalement situé sur la plage de Kiani, à seulement quelques kilomètres à l'est du centre de La Canée et de la vieille ville vénitienne. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. We had an issue with our air conditioner and they helped us switch to a similiar room the same day also, helped us book taxies. The food was excelent, there were 3 restaurants in the facility so no croudness was felt in the restaurants at any point during our stay. The view was stunning and the room was spacious and clean
