Everything was great! Loved the house reef so much. Staff was exceptionally polite and kind. Manager Maria was so amazing and helpful. Water villa is very pretty, spacious. The staff is friendly, everyone is very helpful, smiling, they respond immediately to requests. The rooms are spacious, beautiful, modern, all accessories are available (tooth brushes, pasta, gels, shampoos, hair dryer, beach towels). The food is excellent! Big choice, everything is delicious. We had full board The beach is in 10 minutes on foot. If you wish, you can make use of the shuttle service at your convenience. But we liked to walk. Excursions were also booked at the hotel. We met a whale shark, we caught big fish, which we were prepared for dinner on request. The successful location of the island, on the state ferry, went to see other islands. Everything is great, thanks for the hospitality!.

The trip was to celebrate my honeymoon and it couldn't have been more perfect. Maldives alone is already a dream, but choosing this resort for that special date made all the difference! We were welcomed by the employees and manager of the place, all very polite, they called us by name and always had a smile on their faces. We got several honeymoon treats and everything was perfect. I would like to highlight the names and service of Adam, our housekeeper, Moosa our Host and Chandana, waiter at Cuisine. Everyone at the resort is wonderful, but these 3 made all the difference in our stay. Thank you Outrigger for making this trip unforgettable.

Offering a luxurious paradise experience, Diamonds Athuruga Maldives Resort & SPA features spacious villas, a spa offering Ayurvedic treatments and a dive centre. We loved every moment in Athuruga! it was an amazing stay! The property is beautiful with white sand, the best lagoon and a very beautiful house reef with easy access from the beach. The food was amazing with 2 restaurants to choose from (buffet and a la carte). This was our 6th time in the Maldives and our favorite. What make it so special were the people that worked in the resort. They were all genuinely nice and worked very hard to make our stay wonderful. Our special thank you to the administration for the free upgrade to the water villas and to Mr. Nizam for going the extra mile to make us even more comfortable. We would like also to thank: - the water sports personnel for the free guided visits to the house reef which was a magical moment; - the water villa restaurant employees, specially Mr. Mohamed for the great service and the Chef of both restaurants for the very tasty food; - the cleaner of the water villa 6 for always taking great care of the room and always being so nice to us. We plan to return again in the future.
