Our stay in the hotel was really unbelievable and worth the money. The hotel has a huge territory with lots of entertaining places, several indoor and outdoor pools, many restaurants, private beach and bars that provide free drinks all day long. The food was excellent 👌main restaurant was my fav place to eat. The room was clean and cozy. Entertainment group was working all day to make everyones stay more exiting. I especially remembered Can , the guy who was taking care of everyone’s mood. The staff was very friendly. I didn’t want to leave the hotel🥹

The hotel was a great experience - everything exceeded my family's expectations. Kaya has assigned a team member Serkan to provide special assistance to all guests who booked their stay via booking.com, Serkan was a great help. Overall, the hotel is a great value and delivers consistent quality of service

After a few attempts I finally found the place where I want to come back again and again. Very well maintained facilities, pristinely clean rooms, very decent food. What really stands out is the personnel and service. Very professional and client oriented. Whatever wish you have, it is executed with lightning speed. Do not forget ti visit the spa, it is amazing. Special kudos to Ekaterina from Guest Relations and Bayram from Spa.

Just a few steps from the seafront, NG Phaselis Bay offers a private beach area, outdoor pool with waterslides and spa facilities. The staff are exceptionally friendly and always eager to help. The food is unbelievably delicious, available at all hours, and truly unlimited. The kids’ club offers endless fun with a wide variety of well-organized activities that children absolutely love.

Located right on the seafront, Sailor’s Beach Club features 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor heated pool and a private beach area with free sun loungers and towels. Our stay was wonderful. The atmosphere was calm, the beach was clean and relaxing, and the rooms were very clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned. Services were available everywhere in the resort all day. The staff were polite, friendly, and professional, which made the experience very special.. thanks all 🤍
