Louis is a very nice person we have ever met, this is the first time we come to VN. We dicided to choose another brand of hotel in VN, but Sofitel in China is the best, so that we chose it, and luckily we were right, thanks for Louis. When we arrived at the hotel, this kind guy assited us alot. He took our lugguages, shown us the way to go to the check-in desk, and he always smiled. After the check-in process, he so us the way to go a mini mart, it's named ministop, cause we asked him. But we don't know how to go there and this was at 1 am, we quite scared. And u belived that, he took us to go there, and we just reconigzed he end his shift at 1 am, but he happy to take us to go there. This guy IS AMAZING!!!.Not only he escorted we go there, but also nice to show us how to choose food. If u go Sofitel just meet him. Thank you Louis. Thanks for giving us the good huge imppression.

Attractively set in the centre of Ho Chi Minh City, Nicecy NganHa Hotel offers 2-star accommodation close to Ben Thanh Street Food Market and Tao Dan Park. Such a nice hotel with great facilities. The staff were so helpful, especially Hau who was very welcoming. The breakfast was delicious with so many choices!
