Loved our room, especially having a fridge and bathtub separate from the shower. The Japanese toilet with the heated seat was my favorite part. The breakfast was great and all of the staff were very kind and helpful.

Room beautiful. Felt very South East Asian, maybe China or Japanese with gold art on the walls and gold trimmings and handles. Very beautiful. View of large pond equally lovely and adjoining en-suite with shower over bath. The receptionists were brilliant - all of them as was the black female who first tried to fix our tv remote in our ensuite but she kindly brought a spare second chair for our room so we both could enjoy the lovely views.

Cool bar and breakfast was good as traditional Japanese

Location to Marble Arch Central line, the staff were very attentive and helpful and the Japanese theme was very tranquil and relaxing

Lovely host who showed us to our room which was neat compact and had everything we needed for a 1 night city stay. The accommodation has a wonderful Japanese restaurant also which is a great option for eating out along with the stay. Breakfast is not offered but we were pointed to a cafe immediately over the road which sufficed and was helpful. Tea coffee and water were given in the room which we liked.

The location was great, but everything else sucks. Clean enough rooms, with a modern 'Japanese zen style room'. It's a shame the stay had 0 zen.

Unique Hotel Style, lovely Japanese themed room and stylish facilities. Everything was clean & comfortable and of high standard. Hotel had a cafe. Great staff and quick check in.

We absolutely loved this place! Taking nice walks by the lake and the Japanese garden was the highlight of our holiday. Our toddler loved seeing all the ducks, rabbits, and deers. We will definitely be back! The guy in charge of check-ins has been amazing, very friendly, and helpful.
