Excellent reception and once we got over the once great front we got used to some unique features, great garden,great bar, not so great breakfast, big room but narrow in bathroom. A good stay and nice to break the 'chain' hotels

Great central location - next door to train station, free car park, lovely hotel with fun nautical theme. My son left his chain behind, and staff posted it back to him. Would definitely stay here again.

Great breakfast. Really friendly staff who were very knowledgeable about the area. The convenience to the train station is ideal as is the luggage hold facility. We like the peace of mind a well known, good quality hotel chain offers.

Spacious comfortable bedroom and bathroom, good storage, cosy beds. Quiet location. Really liked the in-house tapas restaurant. Comfortable lounge, Good breakfast.

This hotel is fantastic! For starters, the cleanliness is incredible, especially the bathrooms – sparkling! Plus, the contactless check-in is a huge stress reliever. But what really sets them apart is the atmosphere. It's so cozy and welcoming, and they greet you with tons of complimentary goodies as soon as you walk in. It felt more like visiting a friend than a hotel stay. Geoff, their Admin staff, had been very helpful all throughout our stay.

Great value (although it was a Sunday), fantastic location right in the centre of Liverpool, really helpful team working there, and a place that’s a bit different and more interesting than the chain hotels. Would highly recommend, and would happily go back.
