Room 3 - attention to detail in the room was fantastic. The electric blinds to choose the light in the room helped me sleep as did the very comfortable bed. Room 2 - Japanese room. Gorgeous decore extremely comfortable bed and the sunken bath was amazing I could have stayed there all day. Also very quiet no traffic noise at all. Breakfast was exceptional both mornings great choices and well presented. The team were friendly and couldn't be more helpful.

The breakfast was great. Thank you. The room was comfortable and clean. Bar hollering and laughing was not pleasant. Dinner was not great. Japanese sticky ribs were slices of marinaded pork in too much brine on top of overcooked soggy ramen with strange dark eggs floating. I had a reaction the next day. The waitresses were not knowledgeable. The guy working the bar seemed to be the only one working.

Great location easy 5 min walk to the city centre & NCP 3 mins walk round the corner. Lots of restaurants close by including Thai, Japanese & traditional pub food.

Bed was like sleeping on marshmallows. We will be back as we definately want to visit the japanese restaurant and Harrogate again. will definately remember to book breakfast next time. :D

It was really clean, well presented and a beautiful property. I really liked the Rowntree timeline wall art in the communal area and learning about how the Japanese created vinegar and cucumber flavoured Kit Kats 🤣 The people on the reception were so friendly, polite and really helpful.
