Loved it was in a very quiet green area. The room was very comfortable and very clean. The air conditioning worked well, which we were very grateful for as it was 32 degrees. The special Japanese style toilet The breakfast was plentiful and fresh in beautiful surroundings. Private parking which was excellent. 11 minute walk down the steps took you straight into Trieste centre. Very helpful and friendly hosts.

Excellent for those that want easy access to downtown and for the train station! Subway just around the corner. Japanese restaurant in front of the hotel

The farm has been professionally refurbished and is surounded by nature. The breakfast was served with a wide variety of home-baked cakes. The bus station is only 700 m away with direct buses to Venice (7E and 7DE). The bus ticket vending machine was not operating, thus you need a mobile phone to buy a ticket. Three very good restaurants are just left of the bus station, serving Italian, American and Japanese food.

The location to train station only good thing. Disgusting as booked for a celebration as they had been told. Only restaurant we could use was Japanese at hotel as told only groups could use main restaurant. We have been twice few years ago and so disappointed this time. The terrace at back was empty and run down. Told the new manageress only catered really for groups. Will never stay here again. We stayed as stayed before and hoping to book restaurant but turned away as not in a group??

Easy walk into town Great patisserie on the corner and nice Japanese restaurant close by Bra is a lovely little town to explore and easy location to do the wine district Ilaria the host is just beautiful, nothing was too much trouble and very warm and friendly I loved the cats too! Thank you ! Our stay was perfect

Good location next to the airport. Clean. Friendly staff. If you walk 10 minutes up the street across the roundabout there is a "Japanese" (actually Chinese) restaurant that works late hours.

Very nice staffs!!!!! ( One of them can speak Japanese.) I like the atmosphere of this hotel.

Very pretty walks/hikes straight from the hostel. Cozy café for breakfast and exquisite Japanese restaurant right on the piazza.

Owner very accommodating. Helped with finding a free carpark. Great breakfast. Plenty of towels. Train station very close. Great Japanese restaurant around corner Ikiya.
