Would have given it a higher score except they took TWO MONTHS to give me my 200€ deposit back and I had to message them twice. I ended up getting a late fee from my bank because they were so slow in returning my money to me and Clapa Group did not cover this. Very disappointed. Would not stay here because of this.

The location, the cleaness of the apartament, all the small details! Could not think of any bad things to say. The staff was friendly, breakfast lovely. Also the AC was nice in the middle of June. Beds were comfortable.

Apartment next to metro station Communication was clear with host before and during our stay

Apartment had good Air Conditioning. Towels were clean. Good WI-FI Electronic check-in was simple and easy. Storage for suitcases after checkout was easy and convenient. Communication with the owner was easy .

We were happy with the location, close to a bus stop, stunning panorama, kind and helpful staff, open pool. Markets, beaches, restaurants are in walk range of 15 minutes approx., but as the hotel located higher, you have to consider walking according to your capabilities.

Very family friendly and our son loved the pool and kids club. Thank you, Monica! We loved the bbq restaurant and had amazing service there. The Japanese restaurant was also great but very expensive. Views are incredible over the bay. Staff are very nice and attentive. Rooms are clean and spacious in the renovated sections of the hotel. Location is excellent - just a 5-10 minute stroll down the hill into Sorrento where there a lots of lovely restaurants.

Location, near the royal palace, on a charming street with shops like Stephanel, max mara , a good hairdresser( Balmain), good Japanese restaurant Umami and other restaurants . The managing person - very helpful and Friendly. Very good size rooms( we had two) . One’s window opened to the street , the other to the yard. Both nice. The price was fair. It was a very comfortable pleasant stay for us.

The communication from the owner was good. She whatsapped my videos of how to access the property, door codes etc. When I leave she thought I might have left something so was kind enough to messaged to check. The property is in a good spot, near to the Port and a great Japanese restaurant
