Excellent for those that want easy access to downtown and for the train station! Subway just around the corner. Japanese restaurant in front of the hotel

The hotel is ideally situated for access to the autostrada and very easy to find. The room was a fair size and overlooked the carpark and main road into Bergamo. There are several bars and restaurants within walking distance ranging from Japanese to Mexican. Breakfast was a good spread of hot and cold buffet and set us up well for our onward journey.

I forgot to ask for the name of the staff member! We must know him for sure, that's how friendly and kind he is. He even greeted us in Japanese. We arrived an hour earlier than check-in time and he graciously accepted us and upgraded us to a room level. Good room for a short stay. Thank you:)

This hotel has a lovely view and the rooms are comfortable. I had a single room that was of a good size for one person with a large and modern bathroom. Close to the center and great Japanese restaurant with a lake view. The little swimming pool was also lovely.The breakfast was decent. Tea and coffee and kettle available in the room. The negative reviews given in 2020 don't apply

The room was very spacious. The decor in this specific themed room was subtle (Japanese themed) and more tasteful than some of the other pictures / reviews suggest for other rooms. The shower was very good. Bed is very big and the continental style flat sheets were just what was needed for hot weather sleeping (duvets and extra pillows in the cupboard for those who prefer).

The Japanese Mood of the hotel is very nice. The bed is very comfortable, nice big bathroom, with shower and bathtub. We did not have time for breakfast.
