Small, and individual, not at all like hotel chains. The room had a lovely big window, the staff were helpful and it was very central. Also right next to the bus stop for the bus to the train station and port.

Very nice and calm place with great owner! The mobile home with kitchen was very good. It had very old AC but it was made in Japan (not like others in China) and it worked perfectly. I thought it would be very dirt but filters were super clean. Furniture is bit old. Bathrooms and showers next to the mobile home. Whole place is very good looking! We were given a gift from the owner! Location is perfect for Gubbio and Frassasi caves

The staff at the front desk are extremely helpful and capable. They will do their best to help and are friendly and hospitable. The spa facilities were a nice touch and it was nice to have 2 pools to choose from. The bikes provided were great and really added to the Pesaro experience.

Apartment was fabulous. The location was perfect. I could not ask for better accommodations. I highly recommend this location.
