Fantastic experience with Rapallo! This hotel combines the authenticity of a boutique hotel with the standards of an international chain. The staff are super hospitable and will go above and beyond for their guests, and the hotel is walking distance from virtually any place in the city center. The rooms were also sparkling clean (even for a clean freak). Will definitely come here again if I'm ever in Florence.

The close proximity to the train station which makes it convenient to go anywhere. There are Chinese food restaurants, Japanese food restaurant if you're not used to Italian food like my mother.

Room was huge and even nicer than on website. Stayed here as was really close to train station and walking distance to the centre of Florence. Would highly recommend. The cleaning lady was lovely and very helpful when we needed it. In the evening we didn't go into centre of Florence we went to a rooftop bar close by which was lovely and not too touristy. We also found a beautiful Japanese restaurant a few mins from here, called Hoseki, would highly recommend also.

Perfect position. Not so distant to go to the city center by walk (20 min) and 5-10 min via bus (n°6 and 13). Breakfast in a lovely bar with homemade pastries. The room was as described, the phon was a bless because super powerful, including the tool to make your hairstyle. Very useful the fridge and the kitchen to buy local fresh stuff and keep them safe. You can find also restaurants around (Indian Japanese, local, fish). Overall a very comfortable experience.
