We also got a little gift - two sets of curry. Bed was very soft and comfortable. Breakfast left a little to be desired, but it was still relatively nice.

The stay was reasonable. They had storage space for our bags under bed. Room service was good.

The hotel is amazing, my room was at 28th floor and had great views over the city. The bed was very comfortable and linens very soft. Facilities as AC, lightning in the room and clock were at a hand so can easily use them. You can opt for breakfast wich is a kind of brunch so you can serve it also vry late till midday, and for dinner, and pay for them extra to the reception desk. The prices are more than reasonable, lot of very tasty dishes. At the 2nd floor there is a convenience store, and also you can take the elevator from the building, to go to the metro station ( 3 metro lines available). I didn't try the spa area, maybe next time. It is a great place to stay în Osaka, close also to Dotonbori area (arround 1,2km).
