It is an apart service hotel but a friendly and very personal care. For two days a had an atraction earlier than the breakfast but I asked the possibility of have the breakfast delivered the night before (they delivery the breakfast goods on your room and then you fix it with all the appliances of available), which was promptly accepted. It is 1 km west tô the center, in a industrial área, but really close to the Paseo del Fuego Shopping and 2 suoermarket. The view from rhe balcony is astonishing! Highly recomended!!!

A lovely apartment in a quiet location but very close to the centre of Ushuaia. The apartment was very clean and well equipped, in particular the bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was powerful and there was plenty of hot water. Alicia and her brother were very friendly perfect hosts, and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely stay here again.
