The location for the slopes was unbeatable. The apartment was super clean and very comfortable. There was even a storage room for your skis and kit with a heated boot rack! Everything has been thought of for a convenient stay. The owners were also so nice!

You can enjoy your morning coffee from the terrace or from your living room with a perfect mountain view. This is an amaxing hotel that is more on luxury end. We got an upgrade upon arrival and we could really enjoy our apartment to the fullest. We had plenty of space. This place allows you to relive your Austrian luxury ski trip fantasy and it is all you could think of. The hotel is very cozy, beautiful and extremely comfortable. I can recommend ot to people who are ok with higher prices and are looking for luxury options.

It is a great experience that there're lovely vivid bars on the way back to your hotel that you can have your apreSki fun and leave the party and be in your room in max 5 minutes! p.s. Spa is also superb! Snowing outside and you're in the sauna and with few steps ahead, you're outside half naked under the Austrian Alps snow and drinking your warm mint tea...

The apartment was a real surprise for us, spacy, clean, modern, with a separate room with the table, small stove, where you can eat, read, play the games. Also what is good that there are many hooks to hang the clothes. Someone thought properly when reconstructing this apartment. The cook in the kitchen is Slovakian and cooks perfectly. All food was exceptionally good than in the traditional Austrian kitchen. Also the hotel has very nice relaxing sauna area.

Hotel has a great location in central Kössen with many cafeterias and restaurants close by. Room was spacious, kitchenette well-equipped & the wellness area fantastic. Owners and staff were all welcoming and charming people. Highly recommended. Hope to get back here again at some point.
