We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is really nice. We stayed at the standard double room. It was tiny but so clean, comfy, and cozy. The place is quite and truly amazing. I also liked that they had Rituals products in the bathroom. The staff are friendly and professional. We had a great time here and we’re definitely going to visit Austria again and stay in any of the alpin family hotels again. I would like to add that we had a flat tire problem at Kaprun center. We weren’t able to get any help because everything was closed. We reached 24hotel by Avenida and asked the reception for help. They helped us immediately with no hesitation and the problem was solved!

Hotel was amazing, with its outdoor hot pool and sauna. Furthermore, It is very close to the ski areas, and offers a ski room to store skiing equipment. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and room simply looked amazing, with a stunning view and very clean. I will definitely come back again.

Location: The hotel’s location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Zell am See, with easy access to all the main attractions. The hotel is also just a short walk from the lake, where you can enjoy water activities or take a relaxing stroll along the shore. Zell am See Summer Card: One of the highlights of our stay was the inclusion of the Zell am See Summer Card. This card grants free access to a wide variety of local attractions and activities, saving us a considerable amount of money. We were able to enjoy the cable cars, boat rides on the lake, and even visit the nearby Krimml Waterfalls at no extra cost. This is an incredible perk that added immense value to our stay! Rooms and Amenities: The rooms at The House are modern, spacious, and very clean. The decor combines contemporary comfort with a touch of alpine charm, making it feel cozy yet stylish. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds and the stunning views from our balcony. Dining: The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options.
