The yard is beautiful with a small stream and beautiful flowers. The residence is on the second floor with a very spacious living room and a balcony with a great view. The balcony is flanked by very scenic meadows and you can see cows and sheep walking in the distance. The landlord was very nice, I was planning to go to see the penguins but it was on a weekend and I couldn't get a cab, so I planned to walk. The landlord was going to drive me after seeing it on the road, thank you very much. You should definitely rent or drive a car when you come here for vacation. I forgot my driver's license and had to take a taxi, but due to the remoteness of the area, there is no Uber operating here, so I had to call or book a cab from a local company, which is not very convenient, and I waited for an hour to get a cab to go to see the penguins on Sunday due to the lack of available driver.

It's in a beautiful spot near a secluded part of the beach in Cowes, the owners were lovely and extremely welcoming! They're happy to accommodate with extra blankets, pillows and amenities! Highly recommend this accommodation :)

John and Maureen were friendly and thoughtful. Really appreciated their kindness and for allowing us to store our luggage at their office and even offering to hold a room for us when they heard that our hired car had to be replaced.
