Overall, both rooms were very clean, spacious, and beautiful. The location is excellent. We were very satisfied with everything. All the necessary utensils were provided, there were plenty of towels, the wardrobes were spacious, and the bathroom looked great. For a long vacation, this is a perfect option. Even with the initial issues, the staff was responsive, and everything was eventually resolved, which made the overall experience enjoyable. It’s evident that they strive to provide a comfortable stay for their guests.

The hotel is beautiful and excellently located—just steps away from the most picturesque spots, affordable restaurants, and great pubs. The building itself is like a journey into the past, with a stunning interior. Our room was small but cozy, and the view from the window was simply breathtaking. There were a couple of minor inconveniences, such as the toilet being on another floor and a very narrow, steep staircase. However, these were more than compensated by the charming lobby, a lovely courtyard with a smoking area, and a well-equipped kitchen that had everything we needed—dishes, tea, and coffee. We are very grateful to the staff for creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests. We will definitely return to this hotel!
