Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very well appointed with everything you could need in the kitchen as well as dishwashing and laundry tablets provided. The gym was small but had everything you could need and was very quiet during our stay. It is very close to the train station and easy to find local eateries if you dontl feel like eating in the apartment.

Super cute studio, the bathroom was large, you had lots of space in the bedroom. You have a perfect view of the river and amazing natural light. You’re in a really cute part of town and it was easy to walk to all the sights.

We had a fantastic stay in overall. The hotel impressed us with its beautiful interior design and the unique charm of the historic building (the hotel is located in a building once used by the famous 4711 Cologne brand in the 1950s, designed by architects Wilhelm and Rudolf Koep). After a small issue with the first room (the electric curtains did not want to open), the customer service reacted immediately and moved us to a new room — fast and super friendly. It was personally my first time staying in a fully "digital serviced" hotel without on-site staff, and honestly, it worked perfectly. I’d definitely stay here again!
