The tiny little studio is in a great location close to the centre. The size is fine for one person. These apartments are built into an old industrial building, and I think they're all equipped in the same way. It was comfortable and warm, and quiet as well. You have the basics to cook with (facilities are listed correctly) and a comfortable bed.

*CUTE, NEAT & CLEAN* The apartment was totally worth the money, it has everything needed, from heating regulater, needed kitchen items to wine and coffee glasses. Blow dryer, TV, everything. This apartment even has a small balcony with chairs, which came as a surprise. If it was a nice spring or summer time, would have enjoyed a nice wine time in the balcony area. Self check in, which is simple n easy. Car parking with the app was cool. Estonia is way more advanced and digitalized. Will visit Tartu again and will stay in this apartment.

New, clean, cozy, convenient, great location. Very comfortable bed, lots of power outlets to plug in your chargers. Capsule coffee with creamer included, what a luxury. Either I got a great deal or it's just great value as well. By the time you get to your room, you've entered your six-digit door code (the norm being 4) three times so you're likely to remember it :)
