The location was fantastic, on the river bank in a scenic area. Walkable to the centre but many trams and buses also. Very close to the athmospheric old quarter with it's shops and great bars

Extremely helpful receptionists. Gave us a 'Barik' travel card and advice on all types of local public transport. Fantastically useful and staggeringly cheap due to being heavily subsidised. Fabulous, huge bed (made up up every day by whoever also emptied the waste bins). Big TV, well equipped kitchen and extraordinarily multifunctional shower which left no part of the body without its own individual squirt. Really good location for central museums and pinxto bars as well as Casco Viejo, a 20 minute walk.

Very good location, clean and nice room. Very god for a holiday with family. Big parking lot near by (15 euros pr day) and we walked around the city from the hotel. We Will definatly return.
