All the information to access our room was very clear and easy to understand. The first thing you notice is the amazing location of the place...almost unbelievable! The staff was very friendly and always ready to give us information if needed. The room was smelling amazing! And the room was very clean ! Everything was spot on! I recommend having a nice drink in the rooftop where you can enjoy the view right in front of the sea! Amazing overall experience ! I totally recommend 😀

Staff were wonderful. At reception, in the restaurant, at the bar. The cleaning staff everyone smiling. Always saying Hola and remembering our names. Also pool area was very relaxing and clean. Good choice of food for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Tea and coffee and drinks available all day at pool bar. Very close to the wonderful beach in morro jable and a short walk to the old town.. Plenty of shops and restaurants, bars along the main strip not far from the hotel.

Reception Manager is extremely helpful and great assistance in allocating a flat with a sea view - and what a beautiful view of sun & moon rises. Cleanliness throughout the premises - wiping handrails, washing communal floors, etc Cleaning ladies are thorough, efficient, friendly, happy and helpful. Minor maintenance issues were efficiently and fully resolved. Apartments are quiet and terraces large & fully equipped.
