The communication before and during the stay was very smooth Staff speak good English The reception girls were all nice and helpful, they were nice to offer us to keep the luggage until do check in time and to use all hotel facilities But mostly we were very grateful they allowed us to do an early check in at 12:30 as the apartment was ready The reception is 24h which is very helpful The hotel is 7 floors, on ground floor reception plus restaurant where breakfast is served Pool is on 4th floor We stayed in appartement 303 which had a small room, a double room, shower, kitchen, small living room with a couch and a huge terrace with a splendid direct view on the ocean and the cliff (Pictures are exactly what you will have). We had 2 keys for the room From the room and living room you can hear the waves all night long which was very relaxing 😍 You’ll never get enough of the view I promise The breakfast is by the best I had in any European hotel hhh : a huge variety of EVERYTHING (served from 8-11) The pool is open from 11-19 and has a bar to serve drinks and sandwiches, it is big enough and has many seats and sea beds around to sunbathe The location is perfect: 20 seconds walk from bus stop Port de Santiago with lignes 473 and 477 going to los cristianos, coste adeja and los dragos Around the hotels many markets, restaurants and parks. Also, a breathtaking place with the best sunset is 15mn walk: vistas de los gigantes!

It's a really nice apartmant, same as on the pictures. The view is amazing, the sea is in 10 minutes walk, there a lot of beaches nearby. Lidl is in 3 minutes by walk. The host was really nice and helpful. There is a swimming pool on the roof on the 5th or 6th floor. We really enjoyed our stay here. Only problem was the contruction next door, but we knew about it, because the owner told us before our trip and we didn't stay in the apartmant all day, so it was fine.

Two pools, kids loved the activities in the pool and club. Live music every evening, nice restaurants and bars, really lovely staff. Location, close to great beaches, all facilities super close. Worth the money. I loved a huge terrace we had.
