The price was very affordable and the staff were pleasant, the best part is the location, this is an excellent base as your 30-45mins from mountains, gorges, lakes, perched villages, towns and the beach! I can't believe that people would leave a bad review because it was raining during their stay, how petty! the accommodation isn't responsible for the weather!

Excellent luxury apartment at the Villa Sully, adjacent to Le Cannet Appart'S. Quiet, elegant, spacious, reasonably near the center. Everything fine. Free underground parking for the car, as well.

Perfect location and excellent staff

O'Sullivans by the beach bar and hotel is located in Mandelieu La Napoule and offers self-catering accommodation. The hotel is located above the bar which is open until 2am. Free WiFi is available.

Easy check-in, tiny, but affordable room for the price. We enjoyed our stay and happy to go back soon. Air condition worked very well, bed was comfortable. We loved the food at their food hut and the cocktails were amazing at the bar (especially what Seamus made for us, were so perfect ones). Plenty of eating out possibilities all around for dinner as well and a very nice restaurant just next door offeres extermly delicious breakfast. Music was not too loud in our room, we could sleep tight without any problem. My partner is a drummer in a rock band, so we've enjoyed our stay at a lively bar & hotel more than anybody else. :)

Breakfast was pretty poor. Not easy to get a taxi.Uber worked. Very tired property in need of a good paiyt and clean. No bed linen in room for 2nd occupant. Pretty location round the lake but in desperate need of updating and modernisation
